In the admin section, organizational administrators can add or delete course descriptions; change the importance of a course; view rosters, instructors and class participant lists; and manage online registrations.
Below is a sample "Add A Course" menu.
This page demonstrates how organization administrators can define each course in the DoReMe system:
- Set an age limit and class size limit
- Create prerequisites and describe the course requirements and attributes in the course description section
- Set specific fees, distinguishing between members and non-members
- Categorize the class as a core class under a broader category
Notice that categories relate to certain sample programs: Music and Acting Lessons and the Painting Certificate. Organizations can have as many or as few course categories as is wanted. The courses that adminstrators can add then can become core courses of such broader programs, or they can simply stand on their own. DoReMe allows administrators to distinguish between the two.
Course registrants can view class descriptions in the Course section of the web site.
Below, you will see a view of the course description site that a typical customer will see. This is taken from the course registration site of the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens in Pittsburgh, PA.
Notice that all of the fields defined on the class management admin menu are prominently featured, including prerequisites, age limit and course fees.
Administrators can also add recurring dates so that those registrants who may not be able to participate in one session will know when other sessions are scheduled.
DoReMe offers organizations the ability to send mass e-mails to members and course participants, as well as the ability to set up individual e-mails, such as a receipt of registration to a single course participant.
Here is the e-mail service menu, which shows all the various options for organizations to send e-mails to constituents.

Through this menu, organizational adminstrators can edit each e-mail separately, without having to edit each e-mail to each recipient. It makes it very easy to manage e-mail correspondence with members, donors and course registrants.
DoReMe also allows organizational administrators to send e-mails and add different templates. For instance, to tell a large group of people that their membership is expiring and that they need to renew, one e-mail would easily suffice and save the organization time in sending out multiple notices.
Customers can purchase memberships, pay for classes and make donations on the home site using the "Shopping Cart" function. After these payments have been made, administrators can manage these payments and categorize them in the admin site.

As shown on this screen shot, administrators can search for specific payments by date purchased and by status (i.e., pending, approved, not approved), with the added security of Verisigntm technology.
Once a payment has been found, organizational adminstrators view a more detailed record where they can add or delete the record and view detailed information of a payment, including payer name, transaction date, transaction ID (if available), purchased item and its price, and total amount.
In the Membership admin site, organizational administrators can add or delete membership levels and define membership benefits.
Below is a sample "Membership Benefits" menu.

The number of benefits an organization can specify is limitless. Administrators also have the option to edit them individually, so as to reduce conflicts between ever-changing member benefits.
Organization administrators can also add membership categories and membership types, which are also limitless.
Members will see what benefits and membership levels are available on the main web site. Administrative changes take effect instantly, and will not affect users.
Take a look at the Membership site for how these options will look to a customer that is interested in membership.
What happens when one person is a member, a donor and an instructor? Normally, that person might be in a typical database 2 or 3 times. But with DoReMe, organizational administrators can consolidate records by using the "Duplicate Remover" function.

Here is the main admin menu. Notice that Remove Duplicate Contact Info is circled at the bottom. That tool will allow organizational adminstrators to consolidate records without losing essential data.
